At Ember Echoes, we strive to ensure that your gifts reach you in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping policies and procedures.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Australia-wide Shipping:

    • Standard Shipping: $9.95 (3-7 business days)
    • Express Shipping: $14.95 (1-3 business days)

  • International Shipping:

    • Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. The cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typical delivery times range from 7-21 business days.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Custom and personalised items may require additional processing time. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for these items to be crafted before they are shipped.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some international destinations may have restrictions on certain items. We will notify you if there are any issues with shipping to your location.

Customs and Import Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs and import duties upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Damaged Packages
