Every Ember Echoes candle is handmade to order and personalised just for you. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your order to your door.
Processing Times
Because each candle is hand-poured and personalised with your photos and messages, please allow 5–7 business days for us to prepare your order before dispatch. During busy periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer.

Standard shipping: $15 flat rate Australia-wide

Express shipping: $20 flat rate Australia-wide

Gold Coast local delivery: Free — available at checkout for Gold Coast addresses
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

Gold Coast local delivery: We’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable time

QLD metro: 2–4 business days

QLD regional: 3–7 business days

Interstate: 4–10 business days
These timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date you place your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post or courier processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your candle has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order to your door.
Authority to Leave
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, your order may be left in a safe place or taken to your nearest Post Office for collection. If you’d prefer your parcel not be left unattended, please mention this in the order notes at checkout.
Delivery Issues
We’re not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier backlogs, incorrect delivery details, or weather events. However, if your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please email us and we’ll do our best to help.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
International Shipping
We don’t currently offer international shipping. We’re an Australian-based business and ship within Australia only.
