Processing Times

All candles are handmade to order and personalised with your photos and messages. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before dispatch. During peak periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders over $100

• Standard shipping: $15 flat rate

• Express shipping: $20 flat rate

• Gold Coast local delivery: Free

Estimated Delivery After Dispatch

• QLD metro: 2–4 business days

• QLD regional: 3–7 business days

• Interstate: 4–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from dispatch, not from the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier backlogs, incorrect delivery details, or weather events.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Authority to Leave

If you’re not home, your order may be left in a safe place or taken to your nearest Post Office. If you’d prefer it not be left unattended, please note this in your order notes at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@emberechoes.com with photos of the damage and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship within Australia only.
